Can I Exchange item (s) or Refund?  

       1.1 Exchange Criteria

       Please note the following:

          

    • All exchanges have to be submitted via our TEK website and we will not be performing manual exchanges ·   
    • Orders placed cannot be exchanged before it is shipped and will have to go through the process of exchange/return through the website.    
    •   Exchanges will incur a RM10 per exchange and processing fee
    •   Collection or re-delivery of your items will be based on your original delivery option unless informed otherwise

Reasons for Exchange

1.1.1     Change of Size

   1.2  Can I get a refund?


           There are two options to seek for refund :-

  1.2.1  Store Credit


All credits will be reflected under your profile within 5 working days from the date item is shipped or passed to our riders. You will be notified via email throughout each step of the process and once the amount has been credited to your TEK account, the credit is valid for 1 year. 

  1.2.2  Refund


Customers who seek for a refund of their store credit may do so subject to TEK’s approval,by reaching out to the     
respective school’s dedicated customer service line (can be obtained from the order guides). 

Tek is only able to perform refunds to individual’s bank account.

E-wallet, credit card and other forms of payment of refund is not allowed.  Refund process will take up to 21 working days and will only be processed once the form has been filled out through the website.
